Booking Terms & Conditions

Cancellations & No Shows: 
We understand that travel plans change, however, to minimise inconvenience to other guests and avoid losses due to cancellations and no shows, the following conditions apply:

Cancellations made 3 to 7 days prior to arrival will incur a one (1) night cancellation charge.

Cancellations made less than 3 days in advance, or voluntary "No Show", will be charged for two (2) nights as per booking.
